LinkedIn connections will expire after 60 days or they expire when changes are made to your LinkedIn account - such as a password change. Once a connection expires, you will be told to reconnect it. However, users have experienced an issue where they receive the following error message when they attempt to re-connect: "Unable to complete connection. Access token for user is invalid."
To fix this, try the following steps:
- Go to LinkedIn through another browser window
- Sign out of your LinkedIn account.
- Go back to ContentMX and try to re-connect again.
